Henna inspired
I had an extra cake (baked in accident) and donated it to a bake sale/auction to raise money for a family in need.
I hope that whoever bought it enjoyed their reward for contributing to the fundraiser.

Cuppa Joe
A shiny 60 for a lovely lady who loves her coffee.
It s a small cake, only serving about 10 or so for a family birthday brunch.

Golden
This wedding cake was planned for the bride and groom by the brother (of the bride)
That's definitely a different way to do it.
Their design was chosen based on a wedding cake I did earlier in the year with their own color choices.

Matt's 'Gumby" truck
This one is for a friend of ours who loved this old truck of his. His girlfriend sent me several photos to get the right image for the cake.
He loved it!

Hunter's Rifle
I had some help getting this rifle to look right. A friend who also hunts brought over his real version and let me have it sit on my table for a while so I could copy it. My version was much more fragile, but at least it wasn't lethal like his is. Its edible instead.
COLOR!
I was worried when putting this cake together that it would be too bright, but was very please with the final result when I put the bow on top and it all just came together. The client was thrilled with it and that's just the icing on the cake. Pun intended.

Boba Fett
After I made the Vader/Clone Trooper cake I had lots of inquiries about other Star Wars options for cake. This is one of the orders that was spurred by that cool cake.
I had been to a Halloween party the weekend prior to making this cake and there happened to be an acquaintance dressed as Boba Fett with a helmet that I asked if I could borrow for the project. I'm so glad he chose that costume for the party. It all worked out so well.

Hockey fan's Birthday
So even with no hockey happening, people are still loyal to their favorite team.

Toopy & Binoo
I have completely lost count of how many times I have made a Toopy and Binoo cake. Sometimes if I use the exact same image, I don't even take a picture of it. This time, there is a change to the design. Even though it is just the grass they are sitting on, its still something different.
I do have an order coming up though that is going to have a completely different picture of the popular pair.

Kitty & Sparkly Butterflys
I must say that this little critter got mistaken for a skunk at least twice (that I know of). I guess its my own fault for making a black and white cat, chasing butterflies. Kind of like the Skunk named "Flower" in the Bambi movie.
Camo loving kid
There's a lot of cake in one week for this family! 3 celebrations all within 7 days. Its a good thing they have tons of friends to help them eat all the cake they order. :)
More Camo cupcakes
Well I have made these in the past and they were such a hit that the same family asked for them again. I love repeat customers!!

Poky Little Puppy
From the popular children's book. I've read this to my children so many times, I could almost picture the cover in my mind without the reference picture I was using.
Butterfly baby shower #2
A pretty design made to please so of course I was willing to make this one again.
