Princess Castle
A Princess Castle for a little girl who is 4 years old, but is really celebrating her 1st actual birthday because she is a Leap Year baby! Her birthday is on the 29th.
Her mom added on some little Disney Princess figurines as a finishing touch.

Red Angry Bird
This cake was made for a little girl turning 1.
I had heard that she is such a sweetie, but apparently they nicknamed her Angry Bird. I heard from the mom a little later that the nickname was because she always made the cutest little grunts like you can hear in the game.
Inspiration for this cake comes from Andrea's Sweet cakes.
I have never covered a ball before and I think I have some practicing to do before I can accomplish what she has done with her version of this cake. Thank you Andrea.

Seuss Babyshower
This Dr Seuss cake was for a themed baby shower. The cake food decorations and even the games were Seuss themed. What a fantastic display of teamwork by the family putting together the wonderful party.
Lucky baby girl to have those great people in her life.
Credit for the idea of the top two tiers goes to Fran McGregor for her beautiful cake which I found a pic of online.

Jazzy turns 21
This is part of a big weekend of cake. When this was ordered for some reason I had the idea to make it on an angle.
And then as it turned out I had a whole separate order come in for a Topsy Turvey cake on the same weekend. So there was a whole lot of cutting and shaping going on here.

Lego
I have made this cake in the past for my own son.
This time around I was working from memory and almost forgot to make the top piece! Good thing I checked on the picture before I finished up or my customer wouldn't have gotten what she was ordering. Have to be more careful next time.

Bruins
Now even though Kaleb is a big Calgary Flames fan, his mom thought it would be great to get him this Bruins cake since Kaleb's Papa loved the Bruins, and of course he idolizes his Papa. So it make perfect sense. He loved it!
I Heart FORD
This cake is part of a running gag/war between a Chevy lover and a Ford lover. The Chevy guy received this cake for his birthday.
It was such a rush order that I never got to take a photo, and I had to wait for them to email me one that they took.
